Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the six8s platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all areas of the six8s platform including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the six8s platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any subsequent amendments published by six8s.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English and shall be interpreted in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

six8s is an adult-only platform. Access to and use of six8s is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently suspended without appeal.

Where six8s has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being operated by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria above, six8s reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and terminate the account permanently if the suspicion is confirmed.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of six8s services, including placing bets, participating in promotions, and processing withdrawals, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the six8s platform at any given time. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are identified, six8s reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets or bonuses attributed to duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. six8s strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. You must notify six8s immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must update your account information promptly if any of your personal details change.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• six8s will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• KYC documentation (National ID) must be submitted when requested by six8s and must be submitted before any withdrawal from the account is approved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on six8s are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). six8s accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. six8s reserves the right to amend the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply on a per-method basis and will be communicated to players within the cashier section of their account. All deposits are credited to the player's account balance in BDT at the time of confirmed receipt.

1. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or mobile wallet registered in the same name as the verified six8s account. six8s will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
4. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved. Players who have not submitted their NID documentation will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer at the time of promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by six8s unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared devices constitutes abuse of the bonus system.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Gameplay & Betting Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the six8s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with six8s support staff.
2. Money Laundering: Using the six8s platform in any way to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origins of any funds. six8s applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all accounts and transactions and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format where player interaction can affect outcomes.
4. Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically placing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting differences between six8s odds and those of other operators, particularly in combination with promotional bonus funds.
5. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated click tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with games on your behalf without manual player input in real time.
6. Unauthorised Account Access: Attempting to access any six8s account other than your own, or assisting any third party in doing so.
7. Underage Access: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
8. Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive language toward six8s staff or other players in any communication channel.
9. Platform Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the technical operation of the six8s platform, including attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities or errors in game software.
10. Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any third party to operate your account, or operating any six8s account on behalf of a third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

six8s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected underage use of the account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• At the player's own voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. During the suspension period, access to the platform will be restricted and withdrawal processing will be paused pending the outcome of the investigation. six8s aims to complete account investigations within 28 business days of initiating a suspension, though complex cases may take longer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the six8s platform — including but not limited to the six8s brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, text content, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of six8s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six8s platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any content from the six8s platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the six8s platform or its underlying software.
• Use the six8s name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror the six8s platform or any portion thereof on any other website or digital service.
• Create any derivative works based on any content or software element of the six8s platform.

All intellectual property rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by six8s. Any unauthorised use of six8s intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose the infringing party to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six8s, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the six8s platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, server downtime, or interruptions to third-party payment services outside six8s's direct control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
• Errors in odds display, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by technical faults, provided that six8s acts promptly to identify and correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any indirect financial loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the six8s platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game studios, payment processors, or network providers beyond six8s's direct operational control.

six8s's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to six8s in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments & Governing Law

six8s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, six8s will notify registered players via their registered email address and will publish the updated terms on the six8s website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the six8s platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Players who do not agree with any amendment to the Terms & Conditions have the right to close their account and withdraw their verified balance in accordance with Section 8 (Account Suspension & Closure) of these terms. To exercise this right, the player must notify six8s within 14 days of receiving notification of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific rules of individual promotions and games, constitute the entire agreement between you and six8s with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
